    Accountability

We are closely monitoring the actions of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), a federal agency that is supposed to be responsible for enforcing laws against discrimination in the workplace.

We are continuously assessing how EEOC treats charges and complaints raising claims of LGBTQ+ based discrimination and devising ways to respond in preserving the rights of LGBTQ+ employees.

    Information

We are dedicated to providing LGBTQ+ workers and allies with background information and documents regarding equal employment opportunity, workplace rights and protections, and workplace discrimination.

We are also committed to maintaining an archive of restored information that has been stripped away from various websites and platforms, including the federal government’s.

View the Information tab to access such information. If you have more LGBTQ+ workplace information that is inaccessible to the public, please let Pride in Exile know so we can restore it here straightaway.
